You can export scanned cards directly into your Salesforce account as new Leads or Contacts right from within the app. Touch the Actions button on any view showing a list of cards -> Export -> Salesforce, select cards, export. A report indicates completion status and each exported card shows a little cloud icon. Touching that icon display the current status of that lead.

You will need to login into your Salesforce account but only one time. The SF section of settings gives you complete control over which custom fields to export and their default value. An option is available in settings to export as an Object instead of a Lead.
