Introduction

ScanBizCards is proud to offer a replacement for the former DYMO At Your Service (AYS) backup service for CardScan users. The CardScanSync desktop utility is not available for Mac or Linux users at this time, but it is still possible to keep your CardScan files in sync with your WebSync account, which is accessible from any browser on any computer.

Additionally, once your cards are uploaded to your WebSync account you have the option to install our ScanBizCards Business Card Reader mobile app on your iPhone, Android phone, or Windows phone (Blackberry coming soon), sign-in within the app to your WebSync account, and always carry all your contacts in your pocket!. Note: Most users of CardScan have their CardScan database files (.CDB's) on their computer. If you know that you do not have your CDB's, and need to retrieve a copy of your contacts from AYS, please contact DYMO at: http://sites.dymo.com/Support/Pages/ContactForm.aspx or 877-724-8324.
How does it Work?
  1. Register for a WebSync account using the form on the right (unless you are already a ScanBizCards WebSync user). Pay just $20 for the first year and get 50% OFF ($10) for each year after that.

  2. Log in to your WebSync account at www.scanbizcards.com/websync and click the "Upload CardScan File" link from the menu on the left (under the "Account" section)

  3. This will guide you to locate and upload your CardScan file(s). You can only upload 1 CardScan file (CDB) at a time.

    IMPORTANT: Unlike the Windows desktop utility, when using the Mac you will need to repeat the above uploading procedure periodically if you scan new cards into your CardScan Executive desktop software and want these to appear on the web. Also, note that changes you make on the web will NOT sync back into your CardScan file(s) on the Mac.

  4. Cards will start appearing in your WebSync account as we process your CDB file(s) on our server. If you installed our mobile app and use the same WebSync email address in the app and on the web, your imported cards will start appearing on your phone as well!
